Programs Begin:
Grades 1 – 5: August 19, 2025
Kindergarten: August 25, 2025
Hours of Operation: 6:30am – 8:30am | 3:30pm – 5:30pm
Grade Levels: K – 5
- Full-Time Commitment (Monday – Friday): AM Programs Only | PM Programs Only | AM and PM Programs
- Part-Time Commitment: Selected AM Programs | Selected PM Programs | Selected AM and PM Programs
- Rotating Two Week Commitment: Selected programs based on parent’s weekly rotating work schedule.
- Flexible Commitment (1 day per week minimum): Selected programs based on Weekly/Monthly parent needs.
- Varied Commitment: Parents must contact the CTSAC Office 24 business hours prior to program needs.
Full Day Programs
Full Day Programs are offered on select parent/teacher conferences and holiday breaks.
Full Day Registration is required – no walk ins please
Hours of Operation: 6:30am – 5:30pm
Grade Levels: K – 5
Required Daily Items:
- Water Bottle
- Packed Lunch – no access to a microwave
- Sneakers to participate in group games and for outside play
* CTSAC will not issue a refund for cancellations.
Summer Camp Program
Program Begins: June 9 – August 8, 2025
Location: Crestview Elementary School
Hours of Operation: 6:30am – 5:30pm
Grade Levels: K – 5
Required Daily Items:
- Water Bottle
- Packed Lunch – no access to a microwave
- Emergency Clothes
- Sneakers to participate in group games and for outside play
- 30+ SPF Spray Sunscreen
*CTSAC does reserve the right to decline services if we cannot meet your child’s needs in program due to specific behavioral concerns, notice will be issued allowing parents/guardians seven (7) business days to find alternative care. CTSAC Teachers are trained to greatly exceed the minimum professional development training standards mandated by the Department of Human Services. We do not provide training for our staff in specific mental health areas. If you have questions regarding your child’s specific needs please call the CTSAC Office.
